1/9/2012 Thank You For Your Support
The Salvation Army of Centre County would like to thank everyone for the generous support we received during the 2011 Christmas Campaign. During the Christmas season of 2011 the need for assistance in Centre County was greater than has been experienced previously by the local corp. Because of the willingness of volunteers and donors we provided Christmas to 598 children as well as providing a Christmas meal to 250 families.

11/30/2011 Coats for Kids is Expanding
This year the Salvation Army of Centre County, 3wz radio, Balfurd Cleaners, and Mount Nittany Medical Center have partnered to expand the Coats for Kids project. In 2009, the Salvation Army and 3wz radio worked together to create a program to help those who needed a warm winter coat.
